In the Hardware Hacking challenge, in the javascript file there is a function to get a Holiday themed dad joke from an API:

The Shenanigans Room comes back this year. This is a room that you land in if the Holiday Hack Challenge websocket tries to teleport you to a room that doesn't exist or a room you don't have access to yet.

In the Drone Path challenge, there are various types of drones. One of them was the Pigeon-Lookalike-v4 drone. In the comments there is a statement about how "I can't believe we are using pigeons for surveillance. If anyone finds out there will most likely be a Conspiracy theory about it".

This is a reference to the "Birds Aren't Real" satirical conspiracy theory. It suggests that all birds were erradicated by the US government and replaced by look-a-like drones used to spy on civilians. Check out the Wikipedia page.

In Elf Minder 9000 there is a function that prints out an ascii art of a man struggling to hold a bunch of springs. An obvious reference to "Why can't I hold all these limes?",

There is a crate at the North Pole Act I that has the same markings as the crate from the Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Ark. I wouldn't open it, just in case.

After the fences go up at the North Pole, on the Wombley side there is this propaganda poster.

The Frosty Keypad challenge has similarities to the film National Treasure. In the film the characters have to decipher an Ottendorf cipher. They also use UV powder and UV flashlight to detect which buttons were pressed on a keyboard.

The entrance to the North Pole Monitoring Station is made to look like the "Christmas Door" in the 1993 Tim Burton film The Nightmare Before Christmas.

I thought it was cool that the Santa Swipe app from the Mobile Analysis challenge actually works.
